This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through levastoindia.com for delivery within India.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
- Custom, personalised and bulk orders may require additional processing time.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship India orders across serviceable locations in India. International orders are governed by the relevant international/USA shipping information where offered.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery within India is generally 4–10 business days after dispatch. Actual delivery can vary by destination, courier network, weather, public holidays and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
4. Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping charge or free-shipping offer shown at checkout is the shipping term applicable to that order.
5. Courier & Tracking
We use third-party courier and logistics partners. Tracking information is normally provided after dispatch. Tracking updates may take time to appear after a shipment is first handed to the courier.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details. Additional shipping charges may apply where a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If an order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with the order ID and clear photographs of the product and packaging. For a lost shipment, we will coordinate with the relevant courier partner and provide the appropriate resolution under our applicable policies.
8. Partial Shipments
Multiple-item orders may be shipped in separate parcels where product availability or logistics requirements make this necessary.
9. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, government restrictions, transport disruptions or courier-network issues. We will reasonably assist with tracking and resolution.
