LEVASTO ships handcrafted wooden products from India to customers in Canada.

Processing

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within the processing time shown at checkout or communicated with the order. Handcrafted products may require additional preparation time when applicable.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather and other events outside LEVASTO’s control may affect delivery.

Customs & Taxes

Any import duties, taxes, brokerage or other charges that are legally payable in Canada will depend on the shipment and the applicable delivery arrangement. Where applicable, charges will be communicated at checkout or by the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please provide a complete Canadian delivery address, including the correct postal code and contact details. Delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be shared after dispatch.
