Are LEVASTO products handmade?
Most of our wooden products are handcrafted by skilled Indian artisans. Natural variations in wood grain, colour, texture and finish can occur.

What materials do you use?
Material details are provided on each product page. Many LEVASTO wooden products use natural Sheesham wood or other wood specified in the individual listing.

Are products suitable for gifting?
Yes. Our handcrafted wooden products can be suitable for housewarming, weddings, festivals, birthdays and other gifting occasions, depending on the product.

How should I care for wooden products?
Wipe with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid prolonged soaking, harsh chemicals and extended exposure to direct sunlight unless the product instructions say otherwise.

Orders, Payment & Delivery in India

Is Cash on Delivery available?
COD is available on eligible products and serviceable locations. Availability can vary by product, address and courier partner.

Do you offer free delivery across India?
Our current India checkout may offer free shipping. The shipping charge and applicable offer shown at checkout for your order are the final shipping terms.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Estimated delivery within India is generally 4–10 business days, depending on the destination and courier. Custom or bulk orders may take longer.

How are products packed?
Products are packed with protective packaging appropriate for the item to reduce the risk of damage during transit.

Returns & Refunds

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID, clear photos of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue. Requests are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.

Will natural wood variation be treated as a defect?
Minor differences in colour, grain, texture or finish are natural characteristics of wood and handcrafted production and are generally not considered defects.
