Refund & Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to LEVASTO. This policy explains when a return, replacement or refund may be available for India orders.

1. Eligible Issues

Return or replacement requests may be considered when the product received is damaged, defective or materially different from the product ordered.

2. Reporting Time

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order ID, clear photographs/video where useful, photographs of the packaging and a brief description of the issue. We may request additional information before approving a request.

3. Product Condition

Except where a product is damaged, defective or incorrect on arrival, returns generally require the product to be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Do not send a return without prior approval.

4. Natural Handmade Variations

Wood is a natural material. Variations in grain, colour, knots, texture and minor finish characteristics can occur and are not automatically defects.

5. Non-Returnable Situations

• Damage caused by misuse, mishandling or improper care.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Custom-made or personalised products, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
• Items returned without prior approval.

6. Review & Resolution

After receiving the requested information, our team will review the case. Where a claim is approved, we may provide a replacement, repair where appropriate, or refund depending on the product, availability and circumstances.

7. Refunds

• Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method where technically possible.
• Processing time after approval can depend on the payment provider or bank.
• Shipping charges, where applicable, may be non-refundable except where the issue or error is attributable to us or applicable law requires otherwise.

8. Cancellation

Orders may generally be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the return policy will apply where eligible.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page applies to future orders.
