Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We accept return or replacement requests only under the following conditions:

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused and returned in its original packaging

Due to the handcrafted nature of wooden products, minor variations in color, grain, texture,
or finish are natural and are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Custom-made or personalized wooden products
  • Items returned without prior approval

Return & Refund Request Process

To initiate a return or replacement request:

  2. Share your order ID, clear product images, and a brief description of the issue
  3. Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund, as applicable.

Refund Method & Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side

Replacement Policy
